FareOprice Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the FareOprice website (also known as "FareOprice," "we," "our," and "us" collectively as the "Site"). We exclusively provide this Site to clients so that they can learn about travel-related information, verify the availability of travel-related goods and services, book valid reservations, or conduct other business with travel suppliers. The Site is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Site, either for researching information, booking travel (via this Site or via phone with the contact center), or for any other reason, you voluntarily accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that they apply to all travel arrangements you make with us.

If you disagree with any of these Terms & Conditions, you shouldn't utilize the Site or make reservations via us. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at any time. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately. If you continue to use the Site after any changes to the Terms & Conditions are made public, you are deemed to have accepted to them. Please visit this page frequently to check if there have been any updates.

All representations stated in these Terms & Conditions about FareOprice, including disclaimers, are made on behalf of our parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

FareOprice does not operate as the principal when making arrangements with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, holiday planners, trip consolidators, traveler assistance service providers, railroads, vehicle renting agencies, insurance companies, and activity suppliers (each a "Travel Supplier") for travel-related services such as air travel, hotel reservations, and car rental (each a "Service Element").

By using this site, you agree and accept that the rates supplied by FareOprice and affiliated businesses are the product of negotiations between FareOprice and the Travel Suppliers, and they include fees that the Travel Suppliers maintain for their services, taxes, and other costs. When you make a reservation with any Travel Supplier through this Site, you authorize FareOprice and its affiliates to make the booking on your behalf with the Travel Suppliers for the total price stated, which includes the fees and any applicable taxes or charges associated with the Travel Supplier's or FareOprice's offerings.

FareOprice is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on the website or for the actions of any third parties (Travel Suppliers), including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, vehicle rental companies, tour operators, railroads, trip consolidators, holiday packages, travel assistance service providers, activity suppliers, and insurance companies, from whom you purchase services through this website.

FareOprice provides travel management services without making any guarantees or claims about the goods or services provided by external suppliers, their financial condition, or their ability to compensate you for any damages experienced as a result of the aforementioned suppliers' financial situation. FareOprice is not liable for the actions of Travel Suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, vehicle rental companies, tour operators, railroads, trip consolidators, holiday packages, travel assistance service providers, activity suppliers, and insurance companies, from whom you purchase services through this website.

FareOprice does not endorse, guarantee, or insure the goods or services provided by an external supplier, their financial situation, or their commitment to reimburse you for any damages incurred as a result of that supplier's financial condition when offering travel management services.

FareOprice disclaims any liability for travel service-related conduct outside its or its employees' direct control, with the exception of what is clearly indicated below. This policy does not apply to incidents involving injuries, losses, damage, delays, accidents, nonperformance, irregularities, or any other actions or inactions on the part of any Travel Supplier for which FareOprice is not held accountable or liable.

FareOprice is not accountable for any price modifications, schedule modifications, equipment modifications, or accommodations that occur after a travel service has been booked and paid for.

FareOprice will not be held liable if a strike, weather incident, overbooking, delay, re-routing, or governmental event disrupts your travel reservation made with them. FareOprice accepts no responsibility for how any supplier promotes the travel-related goods and services it provides, including but not limited to photographs, stated amenities, reviews, and discounts. FareOprice's value-added services may benefit both customers and retail travel agencies. FareOprice assumes no responsibility for the acts of the suppliers it uses to procure travel-related services.

FareOprice is not responsible for the final currency conversion or exchange rates when paying for overseas travel-related goods and services. You understand and agree that currency exchange rates may fluctuate and that any prices indicated in local currency on the Site are simply indications and do not constitute a binding agreement between you and us or the Travel Supplier.

Once travel reservations and payments have been made, there may be a cost involved with canceling or requesting a refund from the supplier of travel goods and services. After tickets have been issued, there may be fees associated with cancelation and refunds.

Although some tickets may be marked with BT (bulk fare), others may have a set value that differs (lower or greater) from the fare collected. We have no control over the quoted ticket pricing.

Discounts may vary depending on the airline, the service used, the location, the season (low, mid, or high), the advance notice supplied, the minimum stay requirements met, and the flight load.

FareOprice does not guarantee, support, verify, or advertise the products or services of other advertisers featured on our website. If you book with us, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions for reserving and purchasing travel-related goods and services. By doing so, you may enter into a contract with a Travel Supplier.

Please take some time to read the extra Terms and Conditions provided by that Travel Supplier. You agree to follow all Terms & Conditions of Purchase imposed by any Travel Supplier with whom you choose to enter into a contract, including, but not limited to, timely payment of the amount due and adherence to the Travel Supplier's rules and regulations regarding the use and accessibility of fares, products, and services.

Certain travel suppliers may ask for a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover any additional expenses you may incur while staying there or utilizing the reserved goods or services. Any payments made to FareOprice for the reservation of your hotel, automobile, or airline are unrelated to the deposit. You understand that violating a Travel Supplier's rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to the relevant Service Element(s), loss of any payments made for those reservation(s), and/or a charge to your account for any costs incurred as a result of the breach.

PRICE DROP ASSURANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

With Price Drop Assurance, an optional service, you authorize us to search for additional airfare bargains that you may have overlooked. If we identify any, we will provide you with a FareOprice gift card or voucher.

If you select the Price Drop Assurance service, we will review your exact itinerary (travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines, and flights) for an extra 24 hours after you book your ticket(s) to look for additional ways to save money on the ticket(s). You permit us to rebook your ticket(s) for the exact same itinerary that you previously booked if we discover an opportunity to save more money.

You will then receive a gift card for the amount saved, which you can use to book future flights with FareOprice. In return for providing this service, we will retain a portion of the savings as a rebooking charge.

The price drop assurance program does not guarantee savings. If we are unable to uncover significant extra savings on your specific route (typically $30 or more), your original tickets will remain valid, but we will be unable to give you with any further benefits. Not all airlines or itineraries offer Price Drop Assurance, however it will be provided if available.

Please be aware that if we reissue your tickets to provide the additional discounts described above, you will receive a new confirmation email with the updated ticket number(s) that we have assigned to you. If you sign up for Price Drop Assurance, we strongly encourage you not to purchase any additional services from the airline, such as seats or pre-paid extra luggage, until the 24-hour search time has expired.

IN SUCH CASES, CALL YOUR PREFERRED AIRLINES AND ASK THEM TO ASSOCIATE THE ADDITIONAL ANCILLARY SERVICES OPTIONED FOR WITH THE NEW TICKET AFTER THE 24-HOUR SEARCH PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.

FareOprice cannot guarantee that these requests will be granted because airline legislation may limit the ability to transfer additional services to new tickets or state that such services are non-refundable. It should be noted that if you use a debit card for this service, you may get the funds retained for the purchase of the original ticket within 5-7 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the original booking to be completely honored. Additional fees may be refundable if they comply with the initial cost guidelines.

SIGNING UP FOR PRICE DROP ASSURANCE MEANS YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND (IF ELIGIBLE) ON THE ORIGINAL TICKET AND CHOOSE TO APPLY ANY REFUND TO THE PURCHASE OF THE REBOOKED TICKET AND OUR REBOOKING FEE ONCE WE HAVE STARTED THE REBOOKING PROCESS. THE REBOOKED TICKETS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AIRLINE'S RULES AND RESTRICTIONS, ALONG WITH FAREOPRICE'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND TO THE IDENTICAL EXTENT AS THE ORIGINAL TICKET(S).

The entire price of the trip itinerary resulting in any such obligation, as well as the combined obligation of us, our suppliers, and our distributors, shall never exceed such expenses. YOU AGREE TO USE THIS WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AS SPECIFIED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

It affects your rights and has a significant impact on the resolution of any claims we may have against each other. Providing a pleasant experience for our customers is critical to our success. As a result, on the rare occasion that we disagree, our goal is to address it swiftly, equitably, and economically. As a result, before taking any further action, please contact us via phone at 1-631-251-5815 or email at support@fareoprice.com so that we can endeavor to resolve your concerns.

Otherwise, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy concerning your use of the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or the violation, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or our relationship concerning the Site, these or previous versions of these Terms & Conditions (each a "Claim"), will be resolved under one of the following:

GOVERNING LAWS & CLAIMS

The rights of the parties hereto, as well as these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, with the exception of provisions relating to conflict or choice of law. Unless expressly forbidden by applicable law, any claim must be filed within two (2) years after the date it started or incurred. The above clause does not apply to inhabitants of New Jersey.

CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, AND PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS: WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

YOU AGREE THAT BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE ALL WAIVE OUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. WE ALL AGREE THAT EVERY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT IN THE INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY OF THE PARTIES.

WE ALL WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, MASS, REPRESENTATIVE, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING, WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIMS COVERED BY THIS CLAUSE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION OR BOUGHT BEFORE ANY OTHER COURT OR TRIBUNAL, INCLUDING SMALL CLAIMS. YOU HAVE CONSENTED TO AND KNOWINGLY GIVEN UP CERTAIN RIGHTS. A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION MUST RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE OVER WHETHER A CLAIM IS BROUGHT AS A CLASS ACTION, MASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR AN EQUIVALENT PROCEEDING.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Send a full explanation of your complaint to support@FareOprice.com, and we will do our best to address any disagreements or claims you may have against FareOprice. We both agree on an equitable settlement for the dispute. You accept that you may not initiate any arbitration or court proceedings unless we are unable to settle your claim directly with you within 60 days of receiving your claim description, and you have made a good faith effort to do so during that period.

We will do our utmost to resolve your dispute in good faith within 60 days, but if that does not work, you or we may proceed for arbitration or small claims court.

Each issue must be addressed through legally binding arbitration through AAA, with the exception of claims made individually and properly filed in a small claims court.

Small claims court proceedings: Rather than pursuing arbitration, either party may choose to submit their claim in a small claims court if it fits within its jurisdiction. Any party may request that the issue be decided in the small claims court in their home county or the one closest to their domicile in terms of convenience. You can also file a claim in small claims court in New York County, New York, United States.

It is not essential for the parties to file with the AAA before beginning minor claims court proceedings. After filing a case with the AAA, before the arbitrator is assigned to the case, a party can notify the other party and the AAA in writing that the matter should be handled in small claims court. Following receipt of this notice by AAA, the case will be administratively closed without further investigation. If there is a disagreement over whether a claim falls under the jurisdiction of a small claims court, it must be settled by that court, not an arbitrator. If there is a dispute of this nature, the arbitration process will not be completed until the small claims court rules that the claim is outside of its jurisdiction, which may take some time.

A lawsuit in court is more formal than an arbitration. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator rather than a jury or judge, and arbitration judgments are frequently subject to limited judicial review. A court may award the same damages and remedies as an arbitrator, with the exception of the following conditions. The arbitrator will apply the Terms and Conditions in the same way that a court would.

The arbitration will be governed and managed in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules ("AAA Rules"), Statement of Principles, and AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol, as amended by this Agreement. You can see the AAA Rules and Consumer Due Process Protocol, Statement of Principles online at www.adr.org/consumer or by calling 1-800-778-7879. The only fee associated with initiating arbitration will be US $200; the Company will bear all other costs. However, in California arbitrations, the arbiter cannot award the winning party expenses and reasonable legal fees expended during the arbitration if the arbitrator concludes that the allegations were frivolous.

The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1-16, the "FAA") will govern any arbitration conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The FAA will also apply substantive law in any dispute over the interpretation of this arbitration clause. Both AAA and the parties must observe the following rules:

(a) The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator that is affiliated with or approved by AAA.

(b) The party initiating the arbitration may choose to hold the hearing in person, over the phone, online, or only based on written submissions.

(c) Notwithstanding the above, if a party requests an in-person hearing:

(i) The arbitrator will decide whether the arbitration should be conducted over the phone, online, or completely through written submissions, as well as whether a hearing is required.

(ii) If a hearing is necessary, it will be held at a location agreed upon by the parties or at a location chosen by the arbitrator that is convenient for all parties.

(iii) Unless otherwise specified, either party may participate in an in-person hearing via phone.

(d) The arbitrator is not entitled to: The parties hereby waive all rights to seek any of the following damages, unless otherwise permitted by law:

(i) punitive or exemplary damages;

(ii) incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, such as lost profits.

e) The arbitrator can only provide declaratory or injunctive relief to the requesting party to address their remedy claim.

f) Without written agreement from both parties, the arbitrator cannot reinforce multiple parties' claims or preside over a representative or class action.

The arbitrator will rule on all issues concerning jurisdiction, arbitrability, and the interpretation, applicability, creation, existence, validity, extent, and enforceability of this mandatory arbitration clause. Only federal or state courts in New York County, State of New York, USA, will accept files for any claims that the arbitrator determines are not subject to the restrictions of this Mandatory Arbitration provision. If it is determined that subparagraph (f) above is invalid, this Mandatory Arbitration provision will be null and void in its entirety. The arbitrator's ruling may serve as the foundation for a judgment issued by any court with jurisdiction. Regardless of the mandatory arbitration clause, parties may seek temporary relief from a court with the proper jurisdiction to support arbitration.

BOOKING PROCESS

To make your interaction with us smooth, the following terms will have their respective interpretations:

A "Service Element" is a single item or service that may be booked on the website without the requirement for other services. (For example: transportation, accommodation, or airfare).

"Travel Supplier": A company that provides one or more services. (e.g., hotels, car dealers, airlines). Instead of functioning as a main, FareOprice coordinates the aforementioned Service Elements with independent vendors and Travel Suppliers.

"Booking" refers to the contractual process you engage in with the travel supplier while using this site in order to get one or more Service Elements, which may result in a legally binding agreement if we obtain full payment and accept your offer for consideration.

To finish a booking and guarantee its authenticity, the following processes are performed:

When the Service Elements become available on our website, you are welcome to make an offer to purchase them. This offer does not appear on the website's "Review Trip Details and Book" checkout page until you click "Book."

Once completed, you have made an irrevocable offer to FareOprice to purchase the required Service Element(s) from the appropriate Travel Supplier(s) (your "Booking"). We reserve the right, on behalf of the applicable Travel Supplier, to accept or reject your proposal at our sole discretion.

The email confirmation you receive from FareOprice is not a legally enforceable agreement to accept the booking; rather, it is an acknowledgment that we acquired your offer. It will be required to confirm that the relevant Service Element(s) are available.

Your booking will be completed once the applicable Service Element is available. A contract for that specific Booking is created once complete payment has been collected.

The contract between you and the appropriate Travel Supplier will only cover Service Elements that have been confirmed by email, such as ticket numbers for air travel or reservation numbers for hotels, vehicles, and activities.

The terms of your Booking (including price, availability, and/or travel dates) are not guaranteed unless you and the travel provider sign a contract, a ticket is issued, or a reservation is made and verified by the travel supplier. Please be advised that once you have completed the booking procedure, you will be unable to amend or cancel the specifics of your ticket (such as names or destinations) unless you agree with these terms and conditions and at our sole discretion.

The Booking processes are subject to any of the Terms and Conditions listed below for each of our distinct Service Elements. The terms and conditions for the hotel, vehicle rental, airline ticket, and activities and services all supplement the booking process by providing any additional information that is not included. Any changes to the booking procedure can be made at any time, and they will take effect the day they are published on the website.

For security checks at airports, hotels, and car rental facilities, you must always carry a valid, government-issued photo ID. Additional identification may be requested for attractions and other goods that the relevant Travel Suppliers deem essential.

A passport, which serves as proof of citizenship, is also necessary for foreign travel in addition to the previously specified government-issued ID (to the majority of nations outside of the United States). Please be aware that, even if it's just for a quick change of flights, it is your obligation to make sure you meet all passport, visa, and/or health criteria of the countries you wish to visit and the countries you will be traveling through.

Many nations need your passport to stay valid for a minimum of one year from the date of entry. Get in touch with the relevant local consulate of the country or countries you are traveling if you have any questions regarding the minimum term that applies, any additional requirements, or the required passports or visas for your trip.

In addition to not being entitled to any reimbursements from FareOprice or its affiliates, you may not be permitted to board, be delayed, or be deported if the previously stated conditions are not met.

Government exit or entry fees can apply, depending on your destination. These will be paid on top of your booking fees and are fully your responsibility.

All passengers going together on the same itinerary need to be added to your reservation. The number of guests in your reservation cannot be changed.

If there are price problems, FareOprice will be the first to notify you and will, at its discretion, give you the choice to either cancel the reservation or give permission for FareOprice to charge the specified credit or debit card the amount of any price increase prior to your leaving.

Your booking includes a list of all the Service Elements offered by the various Travel Suppliers.

Frequent flyer miles and/or points may be available for any portion of your reservation, or they may not be. This needs to be confirmed with the appropriate travel provider.

Once the booking is confirmed, it is not possible to edit, transfer, modify, or alter the booking data, including the passenger names, locations, and airlines. Unless specified otherwise in your ticket information email, your booking will be fulfilled on the day of delivery or, if none is indicated, the day the ticket is issued.

The terms of each airline's contract of carriage are incorporated into this agreement by reference. At the ticket office of each airline, located in the city or at the airport, passengers are able to peruse the entire contract of carriage.

Travelers may obtain a free copy of the entire contract of carriage by mail or other delivery service upon request to the airlines. The following provisions could be included in the carriage contract:

(1) Restrictions on the airline's liability for passenger fatalities or major injuries as well as for luggage loss, damage, or delay involving goods, especially perishable or sensitive items;

(2) Limitations on the amount of time passengers have to make a claim to hold an airline, its employees, or its agents accountable for their actions or inactions;

(3) The airline's right to modify the terms of the agreement;

(5) In the event of service interruptions or delays, the airline's rights and restrictions about rerouting, utilizing other airlines or aircraft, and modifying timetables.

PRICING, TAXES/FEES, AND PAYMENT:

Our total charges, unless specified differently in your ticket information email or our Terms & Conditions, include all relevant taxes and fees for the hotel, car rental, transportation, and activities included in your booking. The applicable Travel Supplier may impose additional fees at the time of check-in for incidentals at the hotel, fuel surcharges, luggage fees, security, seat reservations, and other pertinent services. Any additional fees that you incur in this manner and owe the travel provider are entirely your responsibility. Should you have any inquiries concerning these fees, kindly get in touch with the relevant travel supplier.

The prices listed for the Service Element(s) do not include liability insurance, drop-off fees, gasoline, child safety seats, sky racks, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, and incidental hotel room charges, such as phone, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable tax increases. The hotel check-in desk or the location where the rental car is being picked up must receive payment for each of these fees.

Any additional fuel charges for flights or other fees that the relevant travel agency or authorities may occasionally levy are not included in the costs displayed; you are responsible for these costs.

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking using a legitimate credit or debit card.

All commonly used debit and credit cards that have a working billing address are accepted by FareOprice.

You authorize FareOprice and its authorized third parties to charge your credit or debit card for the entire amount of your reservation when you submit it to us.

The relevant Travel Supplier(s) may require you to provide a valid credit or debit card when you check into the hotel and/or pick up your rental car in order to verify that card usage is allowed and/or to secure any additional payments. One of the travelers on the reservation must be the cardholder.

All offers, costs, and terms of purchase/sale might be influenced by:

  • availability;
  • eligibility, seating, prior purchase, or other restrictions;
  • times, dates, stopovers, seasons, holidays, blackout dates, minimum or maximum stays, and/or waitlisting limitations;
  • a one-year limit on reservation validation (if an extension is allowed, there may be fees or penalties applicable);
  • other conditions/restrictions; and
  • modifications without notice.

The "Warsaw Convention" regulations may be applicable to your whole trip, including any time spent fully within the country of origin or destination, if your itinerary includes a final destination or stops in a nation other than the one from which you set out. The Warsaw Convention governs and places constraints on the liability of some air carriers for passenger fatalities, serious injuries, and/or lost or damaged cargo.

The reservation is not final until it is validated or ticketed. We confirm the accuracy of the billing address and credit card verification number you supplied to us with the credit/debit card company in order to protect our clients. We also certify that the charge or debit you made will be processed. The fare is subject to change until such information is confirmed.

If the credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be properly verified for any reason, or if the credit card is declined by the issuing bank or a travel provider, we disclaim all obligations. Moreover, we disclaim all responsibility for any fare modifications or additional expenses resulting from our verification process. Your credit card might have received an approval code if the selected fare is not available. If the transaction fails, the authorization code might temporarily credit the money from your bank account.

ADVICE TO INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS

For the duration of a passenger's journey, the terms of the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions apply. The Conventions lay out the guidelines and, for the most part, limit the carriers' obligation to protect passengers from personal injury or wrongful death. Generally speaking, purchasing insurance from a private company might lead to extra security. This insurance is unaffected by any limitations on the carrier's liability imposed by the Montreal or Warsaw Conventions. Please click here for further information regarding the carrier's obligations under the Warsaw Convention.

(1) Unless otherwise specified, there is no refund for flight tickets. Only if FareOprice grants your request for a refund or if the terms and conditions of the travel supplier make you eligible for one, are refund options available. This shows that you are not a "no-show" situation and that we will only process your request for a cancellation or refund if we are successful in getting the provider to waive the cancellation fee.

(2) All Airline Refunds/Future Credits are subject to the airline's fare rules, regulations & policies

All service fees mentioned on this website are in USD

Passenger type = Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military.

Service fees are assessed per person and per ticket for modifications, refunds, cancellations, and any future credits.

All of our post-ticketing service costs, including booking and transaction fees, are changeable and non-refundable. Any service costs or fees levied by the airline and/or travel supplier are not included in our pricing.

Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. The total cost that our agent quotes or displays will be the sole amount you are charged.

(3) Special Services: Based on the airline's fare laws, regulations, and policies, all Special Services are provided ONLY upon request and are subject to the airline's assessment and approval.

Name Misspelling: The information on the passenger's ticket does not match that on their passport or any other widely recognized official identification document.

Denied Boarding: Please provide the documentation that explains your flight's planned departure reason for denial of boarding.

Duplicate Tickets: Before a refund request can be processed, copies of every ticket that shows the exact same itineraries that were booked with us must be submitted.

No-Show: We'll need documentation explaining why you couldn't make it to your planned departure.

Baggage - Please retain the baggage receipts & tags until trip completion

Visa/Passport Decline- Visa/Passport decline letter is typically necessary to process a request

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

Once you've made a reservation, you can't usually change the date or name of our tickets, hotels, automobiles, packages, or cruises; any modifications to the itinerary will be subject to airline fare limitations, whichever is more stringent. If the supplier modifies the original itinerary at the customer's request or due to changes in the provider's schedule, FareOprice does not guarantee and will not be held liable for any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you by the supplier.

CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

Most of our airline tickets have absolutely no return policy. If the airline permits a cancellation, the passenger may use the credit toward the cost of a later ticket on the same airline. Usually, the airline supplier's credit has an expiration date after which it becomes invalid. We advise you to speak with a customer support representative about any further credit restrictions. Your only choice is to contact our customer service center if you would wish to cancel any such reservation prior to the first flight segment's planned departure time. We make no guarantees about cancellations. You will be responsible for paying the relevant FareOprice post-ticketing fees, any applicable airline fines, and any applicable pricing difference, if any, when you choose to use your airline credit for a new reservation. We have no influence over any such alterations, which are subject to the fare regulations, policies, and processes of each airline.

No further representation is made regarding our exchange prices; instead, a professional will help you locate the desired new flights and make an effort to rebook them based on availability and other factors.

MULTIPLE AIRLINE ITINERARIES

Please carefully read the terms and conditions of any airlines that are scheduled to travel with you. These can be located on their individual websites. Each of these carriers will have its own rules, charges, and limitations. Should an airline alter (by canceling or rescheduling, for instance) and one of these flights encounters difficulty, the passenger might be liable for any fees or penalties related to changing the other itinerary. Requests for replacements, refunds, or alterations may incur additional fees from these airlines. You are in charge of following each airline's rules and regulations, which can vary (e.g., check-in hours and luggage size/weight restrictions). For every flight, it is advised that you print the portions pertaining to the departure and return of your e-ticket confirmation before leaving. Upon check-in, you might be required to show identification or a return ticket.

CANCEL AND REFUND

After 24 hours of booking, the majority of our airline tickets, hotel rooms, pre-paid car rentals, holiday packages, and service fees are not refundable. The only cancellations that are permitted are phone calls. Refund claims won't be reviewed unless the following requirements are satisfied:

  • If the fare regulations allow cancellations and you have requested a refund through us,
  • In the event that you were a "no show," there is no supplier waiver for processing refunds because the majority of "no show" reservations are not eligible for one; and
  • In order to complete this requested cancelation and reimbursement, we were able to obtain exemptions from the suppliers.

We are unable to provide a precise timeframe for processing this requested refund. Refund requests are handled in chronological order of receipt. After you transmit your request to our customer service agent, we will correspond with you to inform you that we have received it. You do not automatically get a refund after receiving this notification. Consequently, all you will receive is an acknowledgment of your request along with a tracking number. After we get your request, we will work with the suppliers—hotels, airlines, and car rental companies, among others—to design a waiver that complies with those requirements and let you know what their decision is. The original reservation amount and any travel booking costs you paid to us are not refundable. Please be aware that we rely on our suppliers to provide us with the requested refunds.

It may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement after the supplier has accepted it. Usually, all retailers charge a fee for refunds. After your request is approved, the complete process could take between sixty and ninety days before you notice a credit on your account. If applicable, FareOprice will charge a post-ticketing services fee in addition to refund penalties to airlines and other providers. Every refund expense is computed for every ticket and every passenger.

These costs will only be incurred in the event that the supplier authorizes a refund, the airline approves such returns, or a waiver is granted. We will compensate you for our post-ticketing service fees associated with your agent-assisted refund request if the supplier declines to effectuate the refund; however, we will not reimburse you for our booking fees associated with the initial trip reservation or booking.

PROMO CODES

While FareOprice occasionally provides discount codes that are usually good for bookings and reservations made online for travel, some exclusive discounts might only be utilized while contacting our customer support center by phone. Please feel free to sign up for our newsletter if you would want to get discount vouchers via email. The amount of our service fees is the largest discount that may be obtained with any FareOprice coupon code. Promo codes for FareOprice are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no financial value. A valid promo code must be entered in the promo code field on the payment page in order to qualify for the discount. The discount is invalid and cannot be used if the code is not entered. You can choose not to buy the good or service if the code is not accepted or if a coupon link is not working because of technical issues, but no reimbursement will be issued once the transaction has been completed. Even if they are listed on other websites, offers for FareOprice coupon codes are subject to alter or expire at any time without prior notice. There is no other option except to refuse the purchase if there are any technical problems. The promo code expires and loses its validity when input into the system or website in the event that the offer is removed. You can then decide to either cancel it or continue at the initial cost. At that point, your purchase is final. The total price displayed, including the promotional code or not, is what will be billed/charged; no credits or reductions will be issued for any reason following the purchase. Promo codes for FareOprice cannot be used with other sales. Even when the booking is complete and a booking receipt is sent, we have the right to refuse any transaction including an error in the promo code's value.

Promo Code Terms

The value of the promo code per transaction or the smaller of the transaction service fees will be the maximum amount that the discount can be applied on. Depending on the transaction service costs paid for that ticket or travel reservation, the discount varies.

To take advantage of this deal, you have to apply the promo code during the checkout process. This promotion could end or modify without prior notice.

FARE CHANGES AND POST-PAYMENT PRICE GUARANTEE

If the price of the airfare or any other factor changes before your form of payment is successfully processed and authorized, you may be notified of this change and will only then have the option to accept or reject this transaction. You will not be charged if you decide not to finish the transaction.

We guarantee that, in the event that the cost of air travel changes or fluctuates, we will honor the entire final quoted price of the airline tickets once your credit or debit card payment has been duly accepted and processed. We refer to this as our Post Payment Price Promise.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

We accept debit and credit cards from the US, UK, and a number of other nations. Please be aware that your credit or debit card may be charged multiple times for the full amount. We will let you know within a day if your credit/debit card or other payment method is not accepted or processed (other payment methods may take longer). Any changes to the airfare or other expenses might be communicated to you before your payment method is correctly processed and approved. You will then have the option to accept or reject the transaction. There are no fees if you decide not to complete this purchase.

We guarantee that, in the event that the cost of air travel changes or fluctuates, we will honor the entire final quoted price of the airline tickets once your credit or debit card payment has been duly accepted and processed. We refer to this as our Post Payment Price Promise. It should be noted that unless full confirmation information is given to the email address you supplied at the time of booking, reservations for accommodations, auto rentals, tours, and activities are not finalized. On rare occasions, payment in advance may be required for confirmation. Our systems may designate certain transactions as high-risk in order to better protect you. When this happens, we'll wait to execute the transaction until our credit card verification team says it's safe to move forward. We may contact you or your bank to verify the legitimacy of such transactions.

TICKET DELIVERY

The majority of tickets are electronic, or "e-Tickets" for short. On some itineraries, however, paper tickets may be provided in the case that an electronic ticket is not available. Before confirming the reservation, please double-check the delivery charges. If an electronic ticket cannot be issued for a specific reservation, or if another good or service needs to be sent, FareOprice will use a secure delivery channel to send the paper ticket, product, or service.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

Every credit card must have an active, verifiable billing address.

Pricing and reservations are not finalized until a ticket is issued by the provider. Reservations for holiday packages, hotels, and rental vehicles are not finalized until you receive an email including a confirmation number.

When you use your credit or debit card to make a purchase, we temporarily "hold" the money and request authorization for the full amount of your planned transaction. In the event that we are unable to verify your reservation, your credit or debit card company will be contacted to lift the hold. You won't be allowed to use the money that is being held for any other reason until that point.

In the event that your credit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours. Booking and ticketing confirmation are not always guaranteed by the input of credit card information.

When processing credit card payments, FareOprice employs stringent security measures. Airlines, together with federal, state, and airport security organizations, are notified of any fraudulent transactions.

You consent to bear all credit card payments and to forfeit your right to dispute charges after completing the purchase and obtaining your tickets and/or other merchandise via email confirmation or shipment. You consent to pay FareOprice back if you purchase a service from our website legally and there is a chargeback or credit card dispute.

An online credit card transaction is authorized on the user's behalf when they accept these terms and conditions and continue with the purchase.

When certain transactions are flagged by our systems as high risk, we won't process them until our credit card verification team deems it safe to do so. We may contact you or your bank to confirm the legitimacy of these transactions.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit card is denied when your transaction is processed, we will try to send you an email within 72 hours. Please do not create a new reservation; we will try again in the following 24 hours to process your money. The transaction won't be finished if your credit card is declined. Regarding the fare or any other booking details, there is no guarantee. In the event that the fare changes, you are entitled to a free cancellation of the reservation. There won't be any service charges for this.

SEATS, MEALS, FREQUENT FLYERS, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS

Your demands for meals, seats, frequent flyer points, and other special treatment are only that—requests. We do not promise any certain outcome, nor are the costs we charge for handling these particular requests refundable for the work completed on your behalf. We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be given the seat or seats of your choice. Moreover, we cannot ensure that the airline will comply with your particular requirements for meals, frequent flyer miles, or other essentials. Therefore, it is advised that you confirm these requirements with your airline promptly so that you are aware of them before your departure date.

BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

You will be liable for any additional baggage fees if you check more bags than the airline permits. These days, the majority of airlines charge for luggage—even for the first bag that is checked in—so we advise packing light to help keep costs down. The cost of checked baggage can range from $15 to $200 or more, contingent upon the bag's weight and dimensions. At the time of service, these expenses must be paid in full to the airline. It is advisable that you get in touch with the airline immediately to find out the latest details on baggage policies and additional fees.

BAGGAGE POLICY ON CONNECTING FLIGHTS

You might have to pick up your bags and check in again at the connecting airport if your connecting aircraft involves two or more carriers before you can resume your journey. In these cases, you are responsible for paying any excess baggage costs that each airline charges if you have more luggage than you need. We advise traveling light to save money on baggage fees, as the majority of airlines now charge for even the first bag checked in. Please visit our Baggage Policy section to learn about airline baggage check-in fees.

AIRLINE OPTIONAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

We may occasionally provide you with the opportunity to purchase airline-optional products and services through us in connection with your ticket(s), such as checked luggage and preferred seat assignments, depending on the airline(s) operating your flight(s).

The airline(s) will offer you these extra goods and services, and your payment for them will be subtracted from your airfare in conformity with each airline's availability and conditions of service. Furthermore, we are unable to guarantee that the airline(s) will comply with our requests; therefore, any costs we pay to get these extra services and things on your behalf are not refundable for the services provided.

It is highly advised that you look into any limitations pertaining to the additional products and services you buy from us that the airline(s) operating your flight(s) may have.

You are aware that with regard to any add-on services and goods the airline may offer, we are only acting as a marketing firm. You acknowledge that the entire amount we will ever owe you will never exceed the cost of any additional services or goods you purchased from us. If you have any queries or concerns about the use and accessibility of any such extra services and goods, we strongly advise you to get in touch with the operating carrier.

AIRLINES SCHEDULE CHANGES/FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Airline Policy on Schedule Changes:

The changes and adjustments that are dependent on the particular airline's rules, regulations, and policies are not within our control.

Owing to each airline's unique operational requirements, flight schedules may change often. Both changes were made on the same day and projections of the amount of travel needed on upcoming dates may be reflected in these adjustments. Changes could be made to the flight number, time, date, or itinerary, or they could be canceled. An airline may cancel flights when it stops operating to specific places, stops operating on specific days of the week, or both.

Cancellations:

Cancellations or modifications to a schedule may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Peak or high traffic periods,
  • low travel periods,
  • changes to airport gates or terminals
  • fuel prices,
  • civil turmoil, and
  • bankruptcy

Due to any scheduled changes made by the airlines, FareOprice disclaims all responsibility for flights that are canceled, missed, or fail to connect.

Scheduled Changes Policy:

If there are any scheduled modifications, we make every effort to notify our clients. It is recommended that at least 72 hours before departure, the traveller verify the flight schedule directly with the airline.

Airline-Initiated Schedule Change(s):

Schedules can be inadvertently changed by airlines for a number of reasons, including changes to the aircraft number, duration of the stopover, travel date, or aircraft number. We are unable to stop these modifications because the airline makes them. You won't be charged more or have your price changed if your airline modifies the flight's itinerary.

Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs)

Please get in touch with your airline right once if you purchased your ticket through an LCC like Frontier or Spirit Airlines. Reservations for LCCs cannot be changed by our representatives.

Please adhere to these guidelines if you have two one-way tickets and an LCC is running one of your travel flights. The LCC has asked for a change to that trip.

To change the reservation, you will have to contact the LCC directly.

If you're seeking to make any more adjustments to the non-LCC element of your trip after your modifications have been approved by the LCC, please get in touch with us.

Full-Service Carrier

In the event of a schedule change, we collaborate closely with full-service carriers to offer you an alternate flight option that is as close to your original flight time as is practical. We'll get in touch with you when we have a flight choice. There are calendar adjustments that don't require your assistance. In other cases, you may need to take certain steps based on the information you receive about a schedule change from us and/or the airline.

Prior to Departure

If an airline modifies any of its flights within 4 hours of your planned departure time, we will send you an email to let you know. If for some reason we are unable to contact you, we will attempt to use any other information you have given us; in that case, this email will be our only method of contact. All changes made during the four hours will not be reimbursed for the tickets. However, some ticket types might not receive a complete refund, even for modifications that take longer than four hours. FareOprice disclaims any liability for flights that are canceled, missed, or fail to connect due to any schedule changes made by the airlines.

Date of Departure

If you have already arrived at the airport, you need to talk to a representative at the airline counter. Severe weather can limit your options, and even in sunny conditions where you are, the weather at your destination or the places where you're connecting might not be ideal. You should keep a close eye on the weather networks and the airline's website for updates on the airport. You should definitely contact the airline directly if the departure date has already gone.

Customer Obligations

Customers should check in with the airlines 24 to 72 hours before to departure, especially if they are already on their way. Keep an eye on your email for any updates on flight schedules, and get back to them as quickly as you can.

Customer Notifications

Depending on the departure date and the airline's schedule modification, we will try to send an email and place at least one phone call. You run the danger of missing your flights, having the value of your tickets canceled, and even having your travel delayed by one to two days or even many weeks until the airline can accommodate you if you don't get in touch with FareOprice or the airline before you leave.

Services Provided

We'll get in touch with the airline on your behalf and attempt to address the issue after you've contacted FareOprice. Your sole option may be to cancel the flight and receive a refund in some circumstances. Consumers who breach this commitment face the risk of missing their flight, forfeiting the value of their reservation, and perhaps not being able to reschedule.

We shall use every effort to persuade the aforementioned airlines to defend the interests of the passengers once more. The decision ultimately rests with the relevant airline or airlines. We will ask for a refund if the airline is unable to re-protect the passenger.

FareOprice will attempt to contact the airline in the event of a flight cancellation, look for alternative flights, and/or discuss refund alternatives.

OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS

There is a slim chance that a seat won't be available on a journey for which the customer has a confirmed reservation because airline aircraft can get overbooked. The airline's particular protocols for managing these circumstances are contained in the contract of carriage. It is advised that you make direct inquiries with the airline in order to obtain accurate information.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Regarding unaccompanied adolescents (ages 16 to 18; exact age varies by carrier) traveling in aircraft, each airline has its own policies and procedures. Age limitations, surcharges, and unaccompanied minor age limits may vary at any moment, so please confirm with the airline directly.

  • Unaccompanied minors may not be permitted to board by certain carriers unless they are accompanied by an adult.
  • Unaccompanied children are only permitted on nonstop flights operated by a select few airlines.
  • Anyone under the age of eighteen is not regarded as an adult when they travel with two or more accompanied minors.
  • Several airlines have the right to ask for extra cash when you check-in.
  • You will need to get in touch with the airline directly to find out what is necessary for unaccompanied youngsters traveling alone.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All clients are strongly encouraged to confirm that they have the necessary travel documents (entry/transit visas) for the nation they are entering or leaving. Reliable sources of information regarding traveling overseas include www.travel.state.gov and the consulate or embassy of the country or countries you are visiting or passing through. If you don't have the necessary travel documents and are refused entry or transit into a country, FareOprice isn't liable.

The admission of your purchase into the destination country is not guaranteed by FareOprice. It is not FareOprice's responsibility to ascertain a passenger's eligibility to enter or travel through a certain nation. If employees of FareOprice offer any information, it needs to be verified by the appropriate government agencies. Such data does not imply any obligation on the part of FareOprice.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

It is best to check the schedule directly with the airline for every flight because unanticipated changes may occur. Domestic flight reconfirmations must occur at least 24 hours before to departure, while international flight confirmations must occur at least 72 hours prior to departure. Standbys and upgrades are typically prohibited. Upgrades and standby are the sole purview of the respective carriers. For a significant portion of our reduced tickets, frequent flyer points cannot be accumulated. The airlines will receive all requests for seats. Please be aware that not all seat requests will be granted. If you need a speedy seat confirmation or have any specific needs, such as a wheelchair or stretcher assistance, please get in touch with the airline immediately. Requests for travel to locations controlled by the US government may be canceled at our discretion. When departing from foreign countries including Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and Australia, there could be a passenger duty or departure tax. These taxes, which are not covered by the original ticket price, are collected by the airport from the local government.

HUMAN ERROR

As soon as feasible, we will take the required steps to rectify any mistakes made by any of our representatives during the booking process. Apart from providing a $20 voucher that can be applied to subsequent FareOprice purchases within a year, FareOprice guarantees to reimburse clients for the complete amount of service costs paid for that specific reservation. You have 24 hours from the time you receive your itinerary to let us know if anything goes wrong. FareOprice won't be liable for these mistakes after 24 hours.

ITINERARY RE-CONFIRMATION

When making travel arrangements, passengers who have booked directly with a customer service person or through our online booking system are responsible for verifying and cross-checking names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing, including any changes impacting airports. If you discover an error in your itinerary, you must notify a FareOprice customer care agent within four hours of the booking being completed. If, within four hours after submitting the form, you do not contact us by phone, we will consider that your reservation is accurate and will not be held liable for any errors. It is also requested that you check and store the itinerary.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

It is against federal law to bring harmful materials on an airplane with you or in your luggage. A maximum $250,000 fine and five years in jail are imposed for violations (49 U.S.C. 5124). Poisons, corrosives, flammable liquids and solids, explosives, pressured gasses, and radioactive compounds are examples of hazardous materials. Paints, lighter fluids, explosives, oxygen bottles, tear gas, and radiopharmaceuticals are a few examples. You may carry certain smoking materials on your person and carry up to 70 ounces of toiletries and pharmaceuticals in your luggage in modest amounts. Speak with your airline directly for more precise details.

DISINSECTION

Depending on the destination country, the air carrier or foreign air carrier may be required to apply an aerosol pesticide in an aircraft cabin used for this type of travel while the cabin is occupied by passengers or apply insecticides to an aircraft passenger cabin prior to takeoff. The U.S. Department of Transportation has additional information.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS RULES AND REGULATIONS

The supplier has sent us pictures of the hotel and information about its features, products, services, etc. FareOprice disclaims any liability for modifications for which the supplier has not released an update. Until the hotel says otherwise, requests for certain amenities—like non-smoking rooms or a specific type of linen—are just that—requests. While most hotels will make every effort to accommodate your demands, neither FareOprice nor the hotel can guarantee that your request will always be met. Membership in AARP, AAA, Corporate, Government, or Military is required for some pricing. Upon check-in, you will be required to present identification as proof of eligibility for these rates. If you are not eligible or do not have the necessary papers, hotels are not required to honor these rates. There won't be any compensation for unused nights of accommodation in the event of an early departure. Some hotels provide an airport shuttle as an added amenity. Always check availability and rates by contacting the hotel ahead of time. Extras like complimentary breakfast, guided excursions, and other advantages can be reserved with the hotel directly; however, these are subject to availability and alteration.

It is imperative that you swiftly confirm whether pets are permitted with the accommodation. FareOprice bears no responsibility for a property's pet policies. Speaking with a hotel representative directly will provide you with information about the hotel's pet policy, including charges and breed and size restrictions.

Pre-Paid Bookings:

If your reservation is paid for in advance, your credit card will be debited at the time of booking. The full reservation price (room only) is covered by this fee. There may be daily fees associated with housekeeping, resort fees, and electricity surcharges. There will be additional charges for incidentals like food, parking, phone calls, movies, and games in addition to the main event. Only at the exact time of booking confirmation are prices guaranteed.

Prepaid Reservation Vouchers:

Certain hotels will want a coupon upon check-in. The email address you provided at the time of ticket purchase will get the voucher from FareOprice. It's usually a good idea to have a copy of your email confirmation with you when you check in.

Meal Plans:

Meal plans are the selections of foods you have made for your stay at the hotel. For example, you may have booked a hotel where all meals are cooked for you and are part of the price. Alternatively, you may have chosen an apartment with a kitchen, in which case you will be preparing your own food. The following are the definitions and abbreviations for meal plans:

When you see "Room Only" (RO), it means that meals are not included in the price of your accommodation or holiday package.

Self-cooking (SC) means that while your accommodations/holiday package will provide cooking facilities for you to prepare light meals, meals are not included in the price.

Breakfast and Bed (BB) denotes that breakfast is included in the cost of your accommodation and/or travel package.

Half Board (HB) is the idea that breakfast and dinner are included in the price of your hotel and/or holiday package. In certain cases, you might be able to choose lunch instead of breakfast; the hotel will confirm this during your check-in.

Full Board (FB) indicates that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the cost of your hotel and/or holiday package.

All meals and locally produced drinks are included in the all-inclusive (AI) package (until midnight, when a cash bar system may be available). This could vary according on the type of accommodations. From your hotel accommodation, you could also be able to take advantage of non-motorized water sports and entertainment.

The supplier supplied us images of the hotel in addition to information about the goods, services, and facilities. FareOprice has no liability if the supplier has not updated any modifications.

Requests for special services, such as non-smoking rooms or a specific type of linen, should only be made if the hotel specifically says so. While most hotels will make every effort to accommodate your demands, neither FareOprice nor the hotel can guarantee that your request will be met.

Additional Charges:

Some hotels provide an airport shuttle as an added amenity. Always check availability and rates by contacting the hotel ahead of time.

Extras like complimentary breakfast, guided excursions, and other advantages can be reserved directly with the hotel; availability and additional fees apply.

Hotel Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds:

Any changes or cancellations should be requested by calling a FareOprice customer service representative.

No-Show Policy:

A "No-Show" is when you fail to check in for your reservation on time without providing any notification. If you are unable to check in for your reservation, you need to contact the hotel directly. Depending on the hotel's rules, you may be subject to fines or forfeit your full pre-paid or deposit amount.

Hotel Confirmation:

A confirmation number may not be provided by hotels for up to 24 hours. The procedure begins when you book a hotel using our website. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your reservation request as soon as it is verified. If you do not receive an email from FareOprice, please email support@FareOprice.com with the confirmation number and a phone number where you can be reached. 24 hours before to check-in, we advise you to confirm your hotel reservation once more.

Many hotels usually don't reveal the guest's name until 72 hours before they arrive. As soon as you receive the final confirmation email and/or voucher, your reservation is secure and guaranteed. We recommend contacting the hotel at least three (3) days in advance of your anticipated arrival date in order to verify your information.

All About Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds:

Customer service must manage any changes or cancellations.

We understand that plans can alter at times. Additional cancellation and change policies are listed below. The following policies could change based on the property:

Many hotels may alter their cancellation policy during busy times of the year or during popular large events (such as the Olympics, the Super Bowl, or New Year's Eve in Times Square).

Reservations that are canceled or modified may be subject to FareOprice cancellation penalties in addition to property costs.

Depending on the hotel's policies, changes to the dates, rooms, and other information may result in additional costs.

There are no credits available for unused nights of stay if you leave early.

Stay extensions necessitate making a new reservation. The original room rate cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations, early departures, and no-shows won't get refunds unless FareOprice and its lodging partners decide to. We reserve the right to seek full payment from you in the event that you cancel for any reason, covering any lost revenue, costs, penalties, damages, or charges.

Should you experience any problems during the check-in or check-out process, please contact FareOprice. Many difficulties can be resolved with only one phone call.

Payment, Taxes, and Fees:

Your debit or credit card will be billed with taxes and fees when your hotel reservation is finalized. This cost includes an estimate of the taxes we paid the hotel in connection with your reservation, including sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax, and/or other analogous taxes. In some areas, the tax amount may additionally include additional levies or government-imposed service fees that the hotel is legally obligated to collect but does not pay to the tax authorities directly. The tax amount you pay to the hotel in connection with your reservation may differ from the amount we estimate and include in the charge to you. The money we receive in exchange for our services includes keeping the leftover tax and fee. The amount of taxes and fees varies depending on a number of factors, including the hotel and the location of your stay, as well as any profit we keep.

FareOprice will impose booking service fees for new reservations, which can reach up to $40 per room per night. For FareOprice hotels, all booking fees are non-refundable with regard to changes, cancellations, or refunds. FareOprice will impose a service charge of up to $25 per night in addition to any penalties assessed by the supplier.

Except as specified below, we do not gather taxes from clients and forward them to the appropriate tax authorities. Our hotel suppliers bill us as vendors, and we pay the vendors directly, which includes any necessary taxes. The provider we employ to reserve or book your travel plans is unrelated to us.

There are differences depending on the location about the taxable items, tax categories, and applicable tax rates. The charge to your debit or credit card for taxes and fees for transactions concerning hotels located in specific jurisdictions includes the tax that we are required to collect and return to the jurisdiction for tax owed on cash we retain as remuneration for our services.

The currency conversions are based on projected exchange rates at the time of booking and should only be used as a general reference. These are the estimated base room prices. Individual hotels are responsible for collecting payment for room taxes, resort fees, and daily cleaning costs. There will be additional fees for incidentals like food, movies, games, a wet bar, parking, and phone calls, if they apply.
