'Same itinerary' refers to all the elements of the booking to match the offered itinerary. The elements include the airline's name, flight number, date and timing of the flight, number of passengers traveling, and seat type.
How do I know that the bookings under Low Airfare Promise are offered and available?
Please make sure that the itinerary that you have discovered on a competitor's website is available to be booked when our travel advisor checks the website to verify. The travel advisor will visit the website at the time when you contact us and confirm the airfares.
How will I notify you that I want to invoke the Low Airfare Promise?
If you want to invoke Low Airfare Promise, please call us at 1-631-251-5815 or email us the details at support@fareoprice.com When you email or call us, please share the booking reference number and the details of the lower-priced itinerary with the airline's name, date, and time of the flight, the number of passengers, and seat type. Along with this information, please provide us with a URL or a screenshot of the competitor itinerary so that your travel advisor can match the lower airfare and begin the Low Airfare Promise process of offering you a refund. FareOprice has the right to deny your claims if our advisor fails to verify and confirm the booking details on the competitor's website. If they are able to successfully verify it, you are given the option to receive a refund of the difference or cancel your booking with us.
What are the exceptions applicable to Low Airfare Promise?
Exclusions to Low Airfare Promise include military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package. It also excludes fare errors.
