(1) FareOprice flight tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. The refund of your booked ticket is available if the supplier's / airline policies allow you to be eligible to seek a refund. A FareOprice flight expert has to accept your cancellation and refund request for the process to initiate. Our flight expert accepts your refund request if you are not a 'no show' case. With that, we need to secure any waivers from the supplier, so we process a cancellation or refund request after confirming it.

(2) Our service fees levied to confirm your booking or to make changes, refunds, cancellations & any credits are based on a per passenger, per ticket, and not on the complete booking.

(3) The taxes imposed by the Government are subject to change as per their policies. FareOprice has no control over it. We charge you the final total amount that we display or quoted by our flight expert if you book via our Contact Center booking.

Name Misspelling - If the passenger's name doesn't match the details on the passport or any other government-issued ID.

Baggage - To claim baggage loss, you must retain the baggage receipts & tags.

No-Show - We will need your travel documents that indicate your inability to make it to the airport as per your scheduled departure.

Denied Boarding - We require the documents from the supplier/authority explaining why you were denied boarding on your booked scheduled departure

Duplicate Tickets - We require copies of the booked tickets for the itineraries booked with us to process a refund request
